Description:

Nadroparin is a medication used in people who just do the operation / surgery. Nadroparin serves to prevent DVT (Deep vein thrombosis), a condition in which harmful blood clots forming in blood vessels in the leg.

Indications:

To prevent DVT (Deep vein thrombosis) and to prevent blood clots from forming during hemodialysis.

Dose:

UA / non-Q-wave MI (Unstable angina and non-Q wave Myocardial Infarction):

86 u / kg every 12 hours Sc, multiplied by six days, combined with low dose aspirin.

Side Effects:

Hematologis effects (hemorrhage, thrombocytopenia), a somewhat rare hypersensitivity reactions (anaphylaxis).

Special Instructions:

Berkontra-indications in patients with active major bleeding.

Use with caution in patients with hemophilia or other hemorrhage disorders (including history of disease because of the effect of heparin thrombocytopenia), gastric ulcer, acute hypertension, acute liver disorders.

Noting the risks and benefits of prevention is needed in patients anticoagulated neuraxial.

Paltelet supervision required periodically during treatment.
